Agentforce Coworker

Welcome! Today we're getting hands-on with Agentforce Coworker, Salesforce's autonomous AI teammate. It's built into the flow of work in Salesforce, and grounded in your business context, turning every search into answers and answers into action. In this workshop, we'll enable Agentforce Coworker and learn the basics. Then we'll extend its capabilities by connecting it to an external MCP server.
